Shipping policy

At AlumFresh, we process and ship all orders with care.

Order Processing Time 
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Saturday, excluding public holidays). You will receive a confirmation message once your order has been dispatched.

Delivery Timeframe 
• Within Karachi: 1–3 business days
• Other cities in Pakistan: 3–5 business days
• Remote areas: 5–7 business days

Shipping Charges
• Flat rate: Rs 250 for all orders 
• Free shipping on orders above Rs 2,000

Cash on Delivery (COD) 
We offer Cash on Delivery across Pakistan. Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address to receive and pay for the order.

Order Tracking 
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via WhatsApp or SMS.
