Shipping policy

Where We Ship
AlumFresh currently ships across Pakistan. We deliver to all major cities and most remote areas through trusted courier partners.

Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed the next business day.

Delivery Times
• Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad / Rawalpindi: 2–3 business days
• Other major cities: 3–4 business days
• Remote areas: 4–7 business days
These are estimated timelines. Delays due to courier issues, weather, or public holidays may occur.

Shipping Charges
• Standard shipping: Rs. 200
• Free shipping on orders above Rs. 3,000
• COD (Cash on Delivery) is available across Pakistan

Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via SMS or WhatsApp on the number provided at checkout.

Failed Deliveries
If the courier is unable to deliver your order due to an incorrect address or the customer being unavailable, the order will be returned to us. In this case, re-shipping charges will apply.
