Return Window
You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.

Eligible for Return / Exchange

• Product received is damaged, defective, or broken
• Wrong product was delivered
• Product is significantly different from what was described


Not Eligible for Return

• Products that have been opened and used (for hygiene reasons)
• Returns requested after 7 days of delivery
• Change of mind after delivery


How to Request a Return

1. WhatsApp us at +92 309 2693423 with your order number and a photo of the issue
2. We'll respond within 24 hours (Mon–Sat, 10 am–6 pm) 
3. If eligible, we'll arrange a pickup or ask you to ship it back
4. Refund or exchange is processed within 5–7 business days

 Refund Method
 • COD orders: Refunded via EasyPaisa / JazzCash / bank transfer
 • Online paid orders: Refunded to original payment method within 5–7 business days


Exchanges

We're happy to exchange a variant (e.g., Natural for Turmeric) if your product is unused and in original packaging. Shipping charges for exchange are the customer's responsibility.
